Eliana is a Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience driving strategy to execution delivering business outcomes through building strategy clarity,

leadership alignment and executing with cross-functional diverse teams. 

Prior to becoming a coach, Eliana was Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Cigna Group, a role which provided her with the experience as a strategic change agent focused on the alignment of diversity and belonging in achievement of the company’s business strategy, stakeholder needs, and targeted outcomes.

Eliana holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University and has recently completed the Modern Chief Diversity Officer Program with Cornell University. 

In Feb 2024, she completed the Rise Advocates Academy for women who have been successful in their careers and recognize their journey in life has a higher purpose and impact to elevate others to achieve their full potential and be authentic both personally and professionally.
